Calendar Bookings
Booking Deposit - For all periods, a down payment equivalent
to the first night is due upon booking with the balance due
upon arrival.
Payment - Payment may be made by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Traveler's Cheques, Bank Draft or Cash
Confirmation - A confirmation letter (or e-mail) containing the following standard terms regarding waivers, cancellations and security agreement is provided upon booking.
Cancellation - If notice of cancellation is given 30 days prior to arrival, the booking deposit shall be refunded, less a $50. cancellation charge.

Smoking - No smoking is permitted inside the suite, ash trays will be provided outdoors.

Parking - 2 Car Maximum
Renter's Responsibility - Renters will take care and respect the accommodations that they have rented, renters agree to report immediately any damage that they find . If the party renting does not include a mature adult, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to forfeit all rent. Should renter's behavior necessitate eviction (including a complaint of excessive noise), prepaid rents, deposits, and purchases shall be considered earned and retained. Cleaning requirements include washing and putting away all dishes, leaving the accommodations organized and taking all garbage to a designated disposal area. Once renter's check out, staff will arrive to clean the kitchen, bathroom, floors and please remember that the deposit can be applied to the cost of additional cleaning requirements. ex: carpets cleaned, walls repaired, appliances repaired.
Note: Smoking in suite is a automatic special cleaning charge.
